First day of classes today, not so bad. I turned off the light at 12:30 so I even got a decent amount of sleep. So far I am roommate-less, but I'm going to wait a few days before I start seriously arranging how I want the room to go. I need to buy a rug and an extension cord, and also I desperately need a straightening iron, but I will probably wait until I get a paycheck before I buy these things.

I had Differential Equations at nine, and I think that is going to be a rough class because I haven't had Calc II since Spring 2004 and I don't know how well I learned it then. But I'll survive it, my buddy Michael's in there so I can crunch brains with him...

I'm super nervous about Differential Geometry, since half the class are seniors who have had Real Analysis and Abstract Algebra and Topology. But I guess I'm going to try my damnedest... as good as that will do me...



Also: yesterday when I was at the store picking out some tea, I bought this kind because of the ridiculous picture.


The fact that it turned out to be totally delicious is just an added bonus.

Okay, okay, I know I promised movie reviews. I got lazy. They aren't finished. You probably shouldn't count on them.

I watched The Adventures of Baron Munchausen today....I think it's one of the strangest movies I have ever seen, and that's saying something.
